Allie G's myspace Update
33 weeks of pregnancy, 32 weeks of no sex and 5 weeks of bed rest later, I am officially one of those Mothers. If mini vans weren't so unnecessary and impractical in New York, I would have gotten one already. I have so many pictures of their little shrunken heads, I'm going to have to take up scrapbooking. Point being... I need to stop taking pictures, since they aren't even out of the hospital yet.

Because the girls were a little over five weeks premature, the suck/swallow/breathe ability didn't completely develop, and they're keeping them in the NICU for another few days. Alice no longer needs a breathing or feeding tube and I was able to feed them myself for the first time this morning. It was exhausting and difficult to juggle by myself, but if John and Kate can do it, so can I.

Below is a picture when they were just two days old, and is an accurate depiction of what I've been doing since I was able to get off my bed. I'm completely obsessed and never letting them out of my sight. Seriously. Homeschooling.

Until next time,
Allie G

Thanks and you're welcome. You have a very feminine bone structure anyway.
